Pressure sensor not only plays an important role in production measurement, but also in real life. Pressure sensors are widely used in automatic measurement. There are new changes in the automotive market almost every day. In fact, we are everywhere, and there are pressure sensors on motorcycles on the road.
In fact, the quality of the pressure sensor has always been concerned in the production, which only determines the execution of the production and testing department. In fact, the real decision of the quality and life of the sensor is in the hands of the users. The following is the use of pressure sensors should pay attention to some of the problems to make a summary. The working environment of the pressure sensor is generally complex. First of all, we should prevent dross from depositing in the pipe and contacting the sensor with corrosive or overheated medium.
When the pressure sensor measures the gas pressure, the pressure tap should be opened at the top of the process pipe, and the sensor should also be fixed on the upper part of the process pipe, so that the accumulated liquid can be easily injected into the process pipeline. When the pressure sensor is used to measure the liquid pressure, the pressure tap should be opened on the side of the process pipe to avoid the deposition of slag. This is to prevent the measurement error caused by the blockage of the pressure sensor.
The pressure pipe of pressure sensor should be installed in the place with small temperature fluctuation, so as to make the sensor work more stable. Similarly, when the sensor is measuring the liquid pressure, the installation position of the sensor should avoid the impact of the liquid, so as to avoid the damage of the sensor due to overpressure. When freezing occurs in winter, anti freezing measures must be taken for sensors installed outdoors to avoid the loss of sensors due to the expansion of liquid in the pressure port due to icing volume.
When wiring the pressure sensor, the cable should be passed through the waterproof joint or flexible pipe and the sealing nut should be tightened to prevent the rain water from leaking into the transmitter shell through the cable, so as to avoid line failure. When the pressure sensor is used to measure steam or other high-temperature medium, it is necessary to connect a condenser such as a buffer tube, and the working temperature of the sensor should not exceed the limit. In fact, the technical personnel should pay special attention to these problems in actual operation.
