Pressure sensor is one of the most used sensors in industrial practice. It has a wide variety, including differential pressure, absolute pressure, gauge pressure and so on. 1. Rated pressure range

The rated pressure range refers to the pressure range meeting the specified value of the standard. That is, between the maximum and minimum temperature, the pressure sensor output meets the specified operating characteristics of the pressure range. In practical application, the pressure measured by the sensor is within the range, so we should roughly judge whether the pressure to be measured is within the rated pressure range before selecting the pressure sensor.

2. Maximum pressure range

The maximum pressure range refers to the maximum pressure that the sensor can withstand for a long time without causing permanent change of output characteristics. 3 times the maximum pressure of the normal pressure sensor.

3. Damage pressure

Damage pressure refers to the maximum pressure that can be machined on the sensor without damaging the sensor element or sensor housing. If the pressure exceeds this value, the sensor is likely to be damaged. When using, it should be prohibited to reach this value.

4. Linearity

Linearity refers to the maximum deviation of the linear relationship between sensor output and pressure within the working pressure range.

5. Pressure hysteresis

6. Temperature range

The temperature range of pressure sensor is divided into compensation temperature range and working temperature range. Compensation temperature range is due to the application of temperature compensation, precision into the rated range of temperature range.
