Germanjet magnetostriction Displacement sensor Cylinder head machining
Germanjet Displacement sensor The stainless steel measuring rod is installed in the bore hole in the piston rod. The size of the drilling hole must be determined according to the working pressure in the hydraulic cylinder and the movement speed of the piston rod. The diameter of the single drilling hole should not be less than 12.7mm, and the maximum working pressure pressure in the hydraulic cylinder should not exceed 500bar.
When the volume of the hydraulic rod is equal to 5 mm 2, the displacement of the hydraulic rod will take place when the volume of the hydraulic rod is equal to 5 mm 2, and the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder will occur. When volume replacement occurs, if the inlet and return oil can not reach a certain flow rate, the hydraulic oil will generate pressure on the surface of the measuring rod, which may damage the measuring rod. In order to reduce the pressure as much as possible, the bypass with enough cross-sectional area should be set as the flow compensation hole for oil inlet and outlet. The volume of the displacement measuring rod can pass through these flow compensation holes smoothly, thus reducing the unnecessary high pressure generated by the hydraulic oil on the measuring rod.
