At present, the linear accuracy error of resistance type linear displacement sensor with small range (5 ~ 25 mm stroke) is generally the best in + - 0.3%, which is difficult to break through the linear accuracy of + - 0.1%. For example, the best linear error of resistance type displacement sensor imported from Germany or the United States is also around + - 0.2%. The reason is that the total displacement stroke of small stroke displacement sensor is very short, In this short stroke, the precision of the repair equipment and the precision of the detection equipment are very high when the resistor body is engraved or tested. In addition, the thickness of each stroke position is different when the resistor body is printed, Moreover, the linearity of the voltage value and displacement of the resistor body is larger than that of taking the same number of voltage values at a relatively large stroke (as shown in the figure below).
