    17 series magnetostrictive displacement sensor is specially designed for hydraulic cylinder. The pressure resistant outer pipe and hexagonal flange are 100% stainless steel, which can be directly installed into the hydraulic cylinder. The electronic part and the pressure resistant outer tube are designed for module assembly, that is, they can be completely separated. In special cases, it is only necessary to pull out the electronic part for calibration, and the pressure resistant outer tube does not need to be separated from the hydraulic cylinder. Absopos Technology

The operation principle of magnetostriction is achieved by analyzing the feedback signals induced by two magnetic fields.

The first magnetic field is to use a permanent magnet to run on the sensor housing. The second magnetic field is generated by the pulse generator. When two magnetic fields are induced each other, the position signal of an absolute value will be fed back with ultrasonic velocity. The precision circuit system will analyze the ultrasonic waveform, and then output a precise and high-resolution position signal, so that the machine can enter the production state in real time.
